Satyaprem Ki Katha: Arijit Singh’s Remake of ‘Pasoori Nu’ Fails to Create the Magic of Authentic

INDIA: The Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer com-rom, Satyaprem Ki Katha, is about to hit theatres, and previous to its launch, the makers made certain to hook the viewers with the teasers and songs.

Now, the film has formally launched its much-talked-about remake of Pakistani singers Ali Sethi and Shae Gill’s ‘Pasoori’. The film-recreated model is sung by Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar.

The track featured Kartik Aaryan and Kiara in a romantic temper, with some phenomenally picturesque mountains of Kashmir within the background. The actors had been seen donning matching white outfits as they mouthed the lyrics, which had been now recreated in Hindi.

The unique track was written in Punjabi and Urdu. Rochak Kohli and Ali Sethi supplied the music, whereas Gurpreet Saini and Ali Sethi penned the lyrics. Pasoori was the most-searched track on Google in 2022.
